Don’t be alarmed if the coffee you selected does not match our flavor profile. Different people taste things differently and there are a number of variables in roasting, brewing, and storage that can impact flavor. Beaver Island Coffee Company stands by our flavor profiles, though that does not mean you will taste the same things as we do. That is one of the many beauties of coffee.

Your Coffee order will be roasted and shipped within 2-3 business days. Merch orders will also ship within 2-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided to the email associated with your order. 

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. If your item or items were damaged in transit or you received an incorrect item or items with your shipment, please contact us at beaverislandcoffeecompany@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery to receive replacement. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) that were damaged or incorrect and include what items you received and the items you were supposed to receive, a brief explanation of your issue request, and pictures of the damage or incorrect item(s) so we may work with our Associates and/or Partners to correct these issues in the future.

​Please allow 1-3 days business days for us to review your request. One of our Associates  will contact you to provide replacement or store credit.
